Trouble connecting or sending a game?
Don't see the Python App?
If pressing prgm shows no Python App, it was probably wiped when your
calculator was last reset. To reinstall it, open
TI Connect Evo, connect your calculator, and click
Install OS. When it finishes, close the TI Connect Evo tab, since it keeps hold of the
calculator, then come back here and send your games.
Send not working?
- Calculator doesn't show up in the popup? Make sure it's plugged in with a data-capable USB cable and turned on. A calculator that's off or asleep won't appear. Try another USB port, and close any other tab or app that's talking to the calculator. It's also worth updating Chrome or Edge.
- "Calculator is busy"? A program or menu is open on the calculator.
Press
clearon the calculator until you're back at the home screen, then send again. - Game crashing with a MemoryError? You have too many programs installed.
Delete a few you don't play (
prgm→ Python App → MANAGE → Delete Program), then open it again. - No Python App in the prgm menu? See above.
Using a different browser?
Sending games to the calculator needs Chrome or Edge on a computer (Chromebooks work great). Safari, Firefox, and phones can't connect to calculators yet. You can still save any game with its Download .py link and send it later from a computer with Chrome or Edge.
